Thor is a gentle quiet boy who was found as a very hungry stray. He has FIV which means his immune system runs a little slow. He is a sweet boy who does not know that he is shut out of many adoption homes because people are afraid of the initials FIV

  • Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus [cats] or DHLPP [dogs]
  • Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)
  • Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) [cats] or Heartworm [dogs]
  • Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment
  • Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions
  • Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
  • One free veterinary exam within 10 days of adoption at participating clinics or coupon from a local Banfield.

Apply to adopt a cat online at catsnap.org or contact us at catsnap@catsnap.org. Adoption fee is $115 for a cat 6 months and under and $85 if over 6 months of age. However dependent on breed or traits that amount may change.  Adopt a pair and for the second adult price would be $50. Kittens would be $85. All cats are sterilized prior to adoption, no exceptions. For cats that are already declawed  please add $25.00.
