She is a curious young cat who loves to explore.  A tad shy at first, Winnie loves to play with toys and run around the house with her CatSnap buddy, Maddie.  When Maddie was adopted, Winnie started wondering through the house, crying. Winnie ended up with two more CatSnap fosters to play with, and she's been happy ever since.  Basically, Winnie should not be the only cat in the house--she needs a friend!  As Winnie starts to trust, she’ll stay near you, sleeping close by, waiting for treats or to play.  Right now, her new buddy is Jessica.  Adopt two and enjoy the antics.

Winona’s story: Winnie and her mom, Cindy, were slated for euthanasia but then pulled by Catsnap, and given a second chance. Cindy was a very young momma so rejected little Winnie early on.  But don't hold that against Cindy.  She is has matured and is now buddies with Lonnie (a big six month old CatSnap kitten) in her foster home.

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.
For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set
up a meet and greet.

Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care
deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.

Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus [cats] 

Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age)

Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) [cats] 

Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment

Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions Micro-chipping as mandated by state law

Apply to adopt a cat online at catsnap.org or contact us at catsnap@catsnap.org. Adoption fee is $115 for a cat 6 months and under and $85 if over 6 months of age. However dependent on breed or traits that amount may change.  Adopt a pair and for the second adult price would be $50. Kittens would be $85 if our normal price.. All cats are sterilized prior to adoption, no exceptions. For cats that are in our program and already declawed prior to intake  we do charge more. We are a no declaw group but sometimes declawed cats need rescuing also.
