She came in as a Karen, pulled from our local Animal Control and deemed feral. How was one to know she was in terrible pain, suffering from a bladder stone.
Surgery corrected her medical problems and she became the sweetest girl. So now she is named Kala.  Whatever her name, we do love this girl who came out of physical misery to the gentle creature she now is.  If only cats could talk!

Kala  is on morning and night medicine but does super well with taking it and will eat it right up with her wet food or in a pill mask as a treat. She came in with a huge bladder stone which had to be removed and is now on liver medications and kidney prescription food.  Kala is now at foster and is thriving. She sleeps with her foster every night and chirps when she plays.

Did you know that 80% of orange cats are male?  So this orange girly is a rare gem! Pulled from County Animal Control when her time was expired this girl has a lot to live for. Kala is vocal and loves attention…on her own terms. She loves pets and has a small habit of love bites but nothing to break the skin !

Thank you for your interest in a Catsnap cat or kitten!

If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org.

We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes.  For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet.

Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved.

All CATsNAP cats and kittens are:
  • Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus

  • Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment
